1–2 times per week is ideal. Consistency is more important than frequency.
How long should I leave the oil on my scalp?
Leave for 30 minutes to 4 hours only, then wash out thoroughly. Leaving it on longer may clog pores or overstimulate your scalp.
Will it make my hair greasy?
No , when used correctly and washed out, it won’t leave your hair greasy. It’s designed to nourish the scalp without heavy build-up.
How long until I see results?
Many clients notice improved scalp health and shine within a few uses, with visible improvements in hair strength and growth over 4–8 weeks.
Can this help with dandruff or an itchy scalp?
Yes. Our oil helps balance scalp pH, calm irritation, and support a healthy scalp environment, which can help reduce dryness and dandruff.
Is it safe for colour-treated hair?

Is it safe for children?
Yes. Our oil is gentle and free from synthetic fragrance or harsh ingredients. For children, use a smaller amount and patch test first.(May help with cradle cap) We recommend 4+
Does it contain nut oils?
No, this product is completely nut-free.

Yes. Our formula contains just three certified organic ingredients and no synthetic fragrance, fillers or silicones. If you have a very sensitive scalp, we recommend patch testing first.

Do I need to wash my hair twice afterwards?
Most people find shampooing twice removes the oil completely. Focus shampoo on the scalp rather than the lengths.

Yes. It can be used on straight, wavy, curly, thick or fine hair. Adjust the amount used depending on your hair density.
Can I use it with extensions?
Yes, but apply only to the scalp and avoid the attachment points. Follow your extension specialist’s recommendations.
Can I use it alongside other hair growth treatments?
In most cases, yes. We recommend applying treatments separately and checking with your healthcare professional if you’re under medical treatment for hair loss.
Why isn’t overnight use recommended?
We recommend leaving the oil on for 30 minutes to 4 hours before washing. Leaving oils on the scalp overnight isn’t necessary and may contribute to scalp build-up in some people.
What makes our oil different?
Unlike many hair oils, ours contains only three certified organic ingredients: organic jojoba oil, organic castor oil and organic rosemary essential oil. No fillers, synthetic fragrance or unnecessary additives.
What is the shelf life?
Use within 12 months of opening. Each package comes with a care card with date and batch number on it.
How should I store it?
Keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to preserve freshness.
