Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
